Article 3. The task of forensic expertise The Law On Forensic Expertise

     The task of forensic expertise is to provide administrative proceedings, criminal proceedings, civil proceedings, as well as cases of administrative offenses with the results of a forensic examination.

     This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
