Article 30. Collegiums in the Prosecutor's Office of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     1. Collegiums are being formed in the Prosecutor's office.

     2. The rules of procedure of the board and its composition are determined by the first heads of the prosecutor's office.

     3. The board meetings shall consider issues related to the activities of the Prosecutor's office, as well as other issues related to identified violations of the law, requiring, at the discretion of the Prosecutor General and the first heads of the Prosecutor's Office, collegial consideration with the participation of interested persons.

     4. Decisions of the board are made by a majority vote of the total number of its members and are binding on subordinate prosecutors and other employees.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
