Article 30. Ensuring the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. For the period of his tenure as President of the Republic, the person elected to this position is provided with residences on the territory of the Republic, an office apartment in the capital of the Republic and a state cottage.

     2. The President of the Republic is provided with special-purpose motor vehicles, specially equipped airplanes and helicopters, as well as other types of specially equipped vehicles.

     3. Housing and transportation services for the President of the Republic and his family members are provided by the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in accordance with their competence by the State Security Service and the National Security Committee.

     4. Medical, sanatorium and resort services for the President of the Republic and his family members are provided by the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     5. Provision of special means of communication is carried out by the State Security Service.

     5-1. For the entire period of the President of the Republic's activity, the personal library and the personal archive of the President of the Republic are being formed and are being formed.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
