Article 31. Guarantees of exercising the powers of a deputy of the Constitutional Law On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Status of its Deputies
1. Influence in any form on a deputy or his close relatives in order to prevent the performance of deputy duties entails liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Officials of state bodies and public associations, local self-government bodies, organizations who fail to fulfill their duties to a deputy, provide him with knowingly false information, violate guarantees of parliamentary activity, are subject to liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the organization and activities of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legal status of its deputies.
