Article 31. Participation in the rule-making activities of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     Prosecutor's offices in order to ensure the rule of law:

     1) within the limits of their competence, submit proposals to the authorized and other state bodies on improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) coordinate draft regulatory legal acts affecting the competence and functions of the Prosecutor's Office;

     3) perform other functions in standard-setting activities provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
