Article 31. Protection of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The protection of the President of the Republic is assigned to the appropriate department of the State Security Service.

     2. The spouse of the President of the Republic and other family members living together with the President are subject to protection.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 No. 2733.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
