Article 31. Termination of the agreement on maintenance in the Youth Home of the Law on Family-type Children's Villages and Youth Homes

      1. The agreement on the maintenance of a Youth Home, in addition to the grounds provided for in it, is terminated.:  

      1) upon reaching the age of twenty-three;  

      2) with the expression of the desire of the person undergoing social adaptation to terminate the contract;  

     3) by a decision of the guardianship and guardianship authority, the administration of a children's village, an orphanage and a boarding school for orphaned children and children left without parental care, in cases of repeated violations of the rules of the Youth Home, the detection of alcohol, drugs, other intoxicating substances, and the commission of indecent acts of a sexual nature by a pupil (graduate) of the Youth Home;

     3-1) by the decision of the administration of the Youth Home, functioning as an independent legal entity, in cases of repeated violations of the rules of the Youth Home, revealing the use of alcohol, drugs, and other intoxicating substances, and committing indecent acts of a sexual nature by a pupil (graduate) of the Youth Home;

      4) in other cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     2. Termination of the Youth Home maintenance agreement terminates the right of a person undergoing social adaptation to a place in the Youth Home dormitory.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2000 No. 113-II.

     This Law defines the legal status of family-type children's villages and youth homes established in order to meet the rights of orphaned children and children left without parental care to live and be raised in a family, as well as to comprehensively ensure their moral, spiritual, labor upbringing and education.
