Article 32. Administration of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a state body responsible for:

     1) ensuring the activities of the President of the Republic;

     2) timely and complete informing of the President of the Republic about the state of affairs in the country;

     3) unconditional and exhaustive implementation of the decisions of the President of the Republic and control over their execution;

     4) exercise of other powers established by the Head of State.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 No. 2733.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
