Article 33. Admission of new members to the limited partnership of the Law on Business Partnerships
1. Admission of new general partners and contributors to a limited partnership is possible only with the consent of all general partners.
2. When accepting new general partners or depositors, the following changes may be made to the constituent documents of a limited partnership:
1) the new size of the participants' shares in the partnership's assets;
2) changes in the management procedure of the partnership;
3) the amount, procedure, terms and method of making contributions by new general partners and contributors to the authorized fund of the partnership;
4) other changes necessary in connection with the admission of a new participant.
