1. The Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in coordination with state revenue authorities, military communications and other bodies, as well as transport organizations operating at the checkpoint within their competence.:

1) determines the scheme of movement of persons and vehicles, the movement of goods and goods at the checkpoint, as well as the order of movement and parking places for official vehicles;

2) establishes the procedure for admission to premises and other places where border and other types of control are carried out, as well as to vehicles traveling abroad;

3) develops measures and ensures control over the implementation of the regime established at the checkpoint.

2. The places and duration of parking at checkpoints (except for motor vehicles) of vehicles traveling abroad are determined by the administration of transport organizations in coordination with the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Vehicles traveling abroad start moving to leave the territory of the checkpoint, and they also change their parking place only with the permission of the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Access of persons to vehicles, including those traveling abroad, to cargo and goods transported at checkpoints, during the period of border and other types of control is prohibited.

5. Passengers are boarded (disembarked) into vehicles traveling abroad upon their departure or arrival at a checkpoint with the permission of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and cargo and goods are loaded (unloaded) with the permission of the state revenue authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
