Article 34. Consideration in court of the petition of the debtor or creditor of the Law On restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The court shall appoint a court session no later than ten working days from the date of receipt of the debtor's or creditor's petition to terminate the procedure for restoring solvency and applying the judicial bankruptcy procedure, notifying the debtor, creditors, and the authorized body of the date, time, and place of the court session.

2. Based on the results of consideration of the petition at a court hearing, the court, taking into account the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 6 of this Law, decides to terminate the procedure for restoring solvency and applying the judicial bankruptcy procedure, or refuses to satisfy the petition in accordance with the general rules of civil procedure.
3. A court decision on termination of the procedure for restoring solvency and applying the judicial bankruptcy procedure must contain instructions on termination of the procedure for restoring solvency and applying the judicial bankruptcy procedure, as well as instructions provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 36 of this Law.
This Law regulates public relations arising in the event of the insolvency of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishes the grounds for the application of the procedure for restoring solvency, as well as the procedures for out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy, the procedure and conditions for their conduct.
