Article 342. Violation of the regime of protection of specially protected natural territories of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1 Violation of the regime of protection of specially protected natural territories, resulting in significant damage, –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to two hundred hours, or arrest for up to fifty days, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years, with confiscation of property.
2 Intentional damage or destruction of objects of the state nature reserve fund in specially protected natural territories, resulting in significant damage, –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to three thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to eight hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years. years or without it, with confiscation of property.
3 The acts provided for in the second part of this Article, if they are committed:
1) a group of persons or a group of persons by prior agreement;
2) by a person using his official position;
3) repeatedly;
4) causing major damage, –
are punishable by a fine in the amount of up to four thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one thousand hours, or restriction of liberty for up to four years, or imprisonment for the same period, with confiscation of property, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities. activities for a period of up to three years or without it.
4 The acts provided for in the first, second or third parts of this Article that have caused particularly serious damage, –
are punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years with confiscation of property, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years.
