Article 35-1. Pension provision for judges of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Pension provision for judges is carried out in accordance with the procedure and conditions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on social protection.

     2. If a judge is dismissed from office for negative reasons, additional mandatory pension contributions transferred from budgetary funds before January 1, 2016, are withdrawn to the republican budget.
