Article 35. Deputy's certificate and badge of a deputy of the Constitutional Law on the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its Deputies
1. A deputy has a deputy's certificate and a deputy's badge, which are issued to him by the Central Election Commission of the Republic after registration as an elected deputy. The deputy uses the deputy's certificate and badge during his term of office.
2. The regulations on the certificate and badge of a deputy of the Parliament of the Republic, their samples and descriptions are approved by the Central Election Commission of the Republic.
