Article 35. Equality of participants in the constitutional proceedings of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Constitutional proceedings are conducted on the basis of the equality of their participants, who enjoy equal rights and opportunities to defend their position.
