1. The Prosecutor gives written instructions on the following issues::

1) pre-trial investigation;

2) operational investigative activities and covert investigative actions;

3) conducting an additional check in the case of an administrative offense;

4) enforcement proceedings;

5) execution of punishments;

6) inspections conducted at the request of the Prosecutor's Office;

7) state legal statistics and special accounting;

8) on other issues established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The instructions of the prosecutor, given within his competence, are binding.

This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
