1. In accordance with the cargo transportation agreement, the carrier undertakes to deliver the cargo entrusted to him by the shipper in a timely and safe manner to the railway station of destination in compliance with the conditions of its transportation and deliver it to the recipient, and the shipper (recipient) undertakes to pay for the cargo transportation and ensure its acceptance.

2. A contract for the carriage of goods by rail is drawn up by drawing up a railway bill of lading.

3. The contract of carriage of goods shall be deemed concluded from the moment the receipt of acceptance of the goods is issued to the shipper with the calendar stamp of the departure station affixed to the railway consignment note.

This Law regulates public relations between carriers, participants in the transportation process, government agencies, passengers, senders, recipients, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities when transporting passengers, baggage, cargo, baggage, and mail by rail.
