Article 36. The language of the constitutional proceedings of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Constitutional proceedings are conducted in the state language, and Russian is officially used along with Kazakh.

     2. Persons participating in the constitutional proceedings who do not speak the language of the constitutional proceedings shall be provided by the Constitutional Court with a translation into their native language or the language they speak.

     3. Participants in the meeting who do not speak the language of the constitutional proceedings may provide explanations in their native language or in the language they speak, and use the services of an interpreter, a sign language specialist for people with hearing disabilities.
