Article 36. The Supreme Judicial Council of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The status, the procedure for the formation of the composition and the organization of the work of the Supreme Judicial Council are determined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
