1. Measures of state stimulation of industry aimed at the promotion of domestic processed goods, works and services to the domestic market are carried out by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry with the involvement of the National Institute for development in the field of development of domestic value in accordance with the rules for the provision of measures of state stimulation of industry aimed at the promotion of domestic processed goods, works and services to the domestic market. the domestic market.

2. The National Development Institute for the Development of domestic Value shall open a current account with a second–tier resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to manage funds allocated for the provision of state incentives to industry aimed at promoting processed goods, works and services of Kazakhstani origin to the domestic market, on the basis of an agreement concluded between the authorized body in the field of state industry incentives and the National Development Institute for the development of domestic value.

The remaining funds in the current account, which are listed at the end of the financial year, are not subject to return to the authorized body in the field of state incentives for industry and, accordingly, to the state budget, but are spent on the provision of state incentives for industry aimed at promoting domestic processed goods, works and services to the domestic market in the next financial year.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
