Article 37. Suspension of the constitutional proceedings of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Constitutional proceedings may be suspended due to force majeure temporarily preventing further proceedings on the appeal, and in other cases. At the same time, the term of consideration of the appeal is suspended.

     2. Constitutional proceedings in a case are resumed upon termination of the circumstances that served as the basis for its suspension.
