Article 37. The ballot paper of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. All registered candidates shall be included in the ballot, indicating the surname, first name, patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document) in alphabetical order of the official language and the line "Against all". The names of the political parties in the order determined by the drawing of lots and the line "Against all" are included in the ballot paper for voting for political parties. The draw is conducted by the Central Election Commission. The procedure for drawing lots is determined by the Central Election Commission.
1-1. The Central Election Commission determines the procedure for making changes to the ballots in the event of withdrawal of a candidate, cancellation of the decision on nominating a candidate, cancellation of the decision on registration of candidates, party lists.
2. The ballots are printed in the official and Russian languages.
Ballots are produced in an amount equal to the number of voters in an electoral district with a reserve of 1 percent of the total number of voters in the electoral district.
3. The ballots shall be delivered to the precinct election commissions not earlier than three days and not later than one day before the election with a reserve of 1 percent of the total number of voters at the polling station.

5. The room where the ballots are located shall be sealed and secured by the internal affairs bodies.
