Article 37. The effect of other legislative acts in terms of ensuring the activities of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The President of the Republic is not subject to the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil service, labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of pension provision.

 

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 No. 2733.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
