Article 37. The judicial community and its bodies of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In order to realize and protect the common interests of the judicial community, judges have the right to form public associations.

     2. Judicial associations, if necessary, represent and protect the interests of their members in accordance with the procedure established by law and have no right to influence the administration of justice, nor should they pursue political goals.
