Article 39. Recording of the session of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The session of the Constitutional Court shall be recorded and, as necessary, verbatim.

     2. The minutes of the Constitutional Court session shall be kept in the language of the constitutional proceedings.

     3. The procedure for keeping the minutes of a session of the Constitutional Court, the requirements for its content, as well as other issues of recording sessions of the Constitutional Court shall be determined by the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court.
