Article 39. Statement (claim) of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office

     1. The prosecutor has the right to file an application (claim) with the court in accordance with the procedure and on the grounds established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. If acts of prosecutorial supervision are rejected or left without consideration, the prosecutor applies to the court for recognition of acts, decisions and actions (inaction) of bodies and officials as illegal.

     This Constitutional Law defines the competence, organization and procedure of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
