Article 4-1. Features of the implementation of compulsory environmental insurance The Law on Compulsory Environmental Insurance

      1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/27/2015 No. 311-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     2. Activities aimed at limiting or eliminating competition, providing or obtaining unreasonable advantages over other insurers in concluding compulsory environmental insurance contracts, and infringing on the rights and legitimate interests of policyholders are prohibited.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2005 No. 93-III.

      This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory environmental insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
