1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/27/2015 No. 311-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2. Activities aimed at limiting or eliminating competition, providing or obtaining unreasonable advantages over other insurers in concluding compulsory liability insurance contracts for audit organizations, and infringing on the rights and legitimate interests of policyholders are prohibited.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2003 No. 440.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with compulsory insurance of civil liability of audit organizations, and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
