1. The purposes of this Law are:

1) realization of social rights and social guarantees;

2) implementation of state policy in the system of minimum social standards;

3) definition of principles in the system of minimum social standards.

2. The objectives of this Law are:

1) regulatory support for the formation and use of budgetary funds and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for social needs;

2) provision of state support for the development of the social sphere;

3) assessment of the standard of living of the population.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
