1.anti-extremism in the Republic of Kazakhstan is protected by the rights and freedoms of people and citizens, constitutional construction, ensuring the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chastity, non-compliance and non-compliance with the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Challenges of countering extremism in the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ignorance of extremism in the Republic of Kazakhstan is unacceptable from the form of its exegesis;

2) provision of conditions and opportunities for extremism;

3) formation of political and legal culture of citizens;

4) ensuring national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. anti-extremism in the Republic of Kazakhstan is based on the following principles:

1) verkhovenstvo law;

2) the rights and freedoms of people and citizens are not recognized from their truth, nationality, language, attitude to religion or love of foreign citizens;

3) public, including inter-confessional and inter-confessional agreement;

4) interaction of state and public institutions;

5)glasnost.

This law defines the legal and organizational grounds for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
