Article 4. Competence of internal affairs bodies on issues of citizens' participation in ensuring public order of the Law on Citizens' Participation in Ensuring Public Order
Internal affairs agencies:
1) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determine the procedure, forms and types of involving citizens in measures to ensure public order that are not related to control and supervisory functions;
2) develop and approve a sample of the identity card and the symbolism of the emblem for citizens involved in ensuring public order;
3) interact with local executive authorities on the activities of citizens involved in ensuring public order;
4) explain to citizens involved in ensuring public order their rights and obligations in the field of ensuring public order;
5) organize legal training of citizens involved in ensuring public order on the basis of police precinct stations;
6) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 590.
This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the voluntary participation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in ensuring public order.
