Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of the state policy in the field of thermal power engineering and organizes their implementation;

2) approves the rules for the provision of state financial support to achieve the targets of thermal energy; - IZPI's note! Subparagraph 2) shall enter into force on 01.01.2027 in accordance with Article 53 of this Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production, transportation, sale and consumption of thermal energy for municipal and industrial needs, as well as the high-quality functioning and development of heat supply systems and state regulation in the field of thermal energy.
