1. The National Archival Fund includes:

1) legislative acts and other official documents;

2) management, research, design, technological, patent and licensing, cartographic, geodetic, geological, telemetric and other special documentation;

3) electronic information resources, machine-oriented and audiovisual documentation;

4) documentary historical and cultural monuments;

5) documents of personal origin and other documentation of national value;

6) other documents acquired by the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) insurance copies of especially valuable documents.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of collection, acquisition, storage, state accounting and use of documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the state administration of archival affairs in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
