The content of forensic expertise includes:

1) conducting a judicial examination in criminal, civil cases, in cases of administrative offenses, as well as in administrative proceedings;

2) organization and conduct of scientific research in the field of forensic examination;

3) organization and implementation of scientific, methodological and informational support of forensic examination;

4) selection, training, retraining and advanced training of persons engaged in forensic expertise;

5) International cooperation in the field of forensic examination.

This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
