Radiation safety is ensured:

carrying out a set of legal, organizational, engineering, sanitary, hygienic, preventive, educational, educational and informational measures;

implementation by state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public associations, individuals and legal entities of measures to comply with standards and regulations in the field of radiation safety;

implementation of radiation monitoring throughout the Republic;

implementation of high-quality radiation safety programs at all levels of practical activities with ionizing radiation sources.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 1998 No. 219.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of radiation safety of the population, in order to protect their health from the harmful effects of ionizing radiation.
