Article 4. Goals and objectives of the State Monitoring of Property of the Law on State Monitoring of Property in Sectors of the Economy of Strategic Importance

      1. State monitoring of property is an integral part of the unified state policy of reforming property relations.  

      2. The purpose of state monitoring of property is to ensure effective economic development and economic security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

      3. The objectives of state property monitoring are:  

      1) improving the management efficiency of monitoring facilities;  

      2) creating favorable conditions for ensuring economic growth of the state, facilitating the inflow of investments into the national economy;  

      3) preservation of the country's resource and energy base;  

      4) ensuring the reliability of economic forecasts and scientific justification of economic policy based on data from state property monitoring;  

      5) information support for macroeconomic, sectoral and regional planning aimed at achieving the objectives of socio-economic policy;  

      6) the use of data from the state monitoring of property to ensure the reliability of economic forecasts, scientific justification of socio-economic policy;  

      7) analysis of the fulfillment of obligations and terms of contracts concluded with government agencies;  

      8) prevention of situations detrimental to the economic security of the State.  

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

      This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
