1. The object of mutual insurance may be the legitimate property interests of the members of the company, united by the same risks associated with their activities.

2. Mutual insurance is carried out in the life insurance and general insurance sectors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on insurance and insurance activities.

3. The combination of branches and classes of insurance in mutual insurance is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on insurance and insurance activities.

4. The Company has the right to develop a type of insurance that combines the features and content of two or more insurance classes provided for by the company's charter, taking into account the restrictions on combining insurance classes established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on insurance and insurance activities.

5. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2019 No. 268-VI (effective from 06.01.2020).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2006 No. 163.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
