Article 4. Objects of technical regulation in the field of safety of chemical products of the Law on Safety of Chemical Products
The objects of technical regulation in the field of chemical product safety are chemical products and their life cycle processes.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.
This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
