The participants of the National Qualifications System are:

1) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) authorized body;

3) sectoral government agencies;

4) National Council for Professional Qualifications;

5) National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) Employee representatives;

7) National Authority for Professional Qualifications;

8) Industry councils on professional qualifications;

9) employers;

10) candidates;

11) Recognition centers.

12) local executive bodies of the capital, regions, cities of national importance.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 No. 14-VIII SAM.

The article was amended and supplemented by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2026, No. 334-VIII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
