Chairman of the Security Council:

1) manages the activities of the Security Council;

2) Convenes meetings and operational meetings of the Security Council;

3) gives instructions to the members of the Security Council;

4) Approves the Regulations on the Security Council;

5) Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/07/2022 No. 106-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

6) issues acts, including those of a regulatory nature, related to the activities of the Security Council;

7) exercise other powers stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal status, competence and organization of the activities of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
