Article 4. Principles of activity of military police bodies The Law on Military Police Agencies

     The activities of the military police bodies are carried out on the principles of:

     1) legality;

     2) the obligation to protect human and civil rights and freedoms, the interests of society and the state from unlawful encroachments;

     3) unity of command and subordination;

     4) independence from the activities of political parties and other public associations.

This Law regulates public relations related to the activities of the military police.
