Article 4. Principles of creation and maintenance of national registers of identification numbers and formation of the identification number of the Law on National Registers of Identification Numbers of the Law on National Registers of Identification Numbers

The creation and maintenance of national registers of identification numbers and the formation of identification numbers are carried out in accordance with the principles of legality, unity, commitment, respect and protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, confidentiality, and ensuring the integrity and safety of electronic information resources.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 No. 223.

This Law defines the goals, objectives, principles and legal basis for the creation and maintenance of national registers of identification numbers based on the formation of an identification number for an individual, a legal entity (branch and representative office).
