The principles of legislative regulation in the field of aquaculture are as follows:

1) rational use of Fisheries reservoirs and (or) plots in order to prevent damage to aquatic biological resources and their habitats;

2) balance of interests of consumers, subjects of aquaculture, subjects ensuring the development of aquaculture and the state;

3) availability of information in the field of aquaculture and participation of individuals and (or) legal entities in state regulation in the field of aquaculture;

4) prevent the introduction of foreign or genetically modified species of aquatic animals;

5) effectiveness of state regulation in the field of aquaculture.
