The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on pastures is based on the principles of:

1) rational use of pastures for their intended purpose while preserving the species composition of vegetation;

2) accessibility of pastures for individuals and legal entities;

3) publicity during events related to the provision and use of pastures;

4) the participation of individuals and legal entities in resolving issues related to the management and use of pastures.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2017 No. 47-VI SAM.

This Law regulates public relations related to the rational use of pastures and is aimed at preventing the degradation of pastures and improving the condition of pasture infrastructure facilities.
