1. This Law is valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applies to subjects of trading activity.

2. This Law does not apply to relationships:

1) on the turnover of certain types of goods, which are regulated by other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The implementation of trade activities in such goods in the part not regulated by these legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan is regulated by the norms of this Law.;

2) related to the activities of financial organizations, as well as to relations related to transactions with financial instruments.

3) related to the activities of the operator of the electronic trading platform for the sale of banking and microfinance assets and the functioning of the electronic trading platform for the sale of banking and microfinance assets.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
