The following rights to immovable property are subject to state registration in the legal cadastre:

1) ownership rights;

2) the right of economic management;

3) the right of operational management;

4) the right of land use for a period of at least one year;

5) an easement in favor of a dominant land plot or other real estate object for a period of at least one year.

Other rights may be registered at the request of the copyright holders.

This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
