1. State support in the field of physical culture and sports is provided through:

1) regulation of public relations in the field of physical culture and sports through the formation of state policy, the creation of its system, as well as appropriate regulatory, financial, logistical, personnel, scientific, methodological, medical, information support;

2) support the development of external relations of physical culture and sports organizations, their integration into international sports organizations, contributing to the development of the physical culture and sports movement in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) creating a favorable investment climate for domestic and foreign investors investing their funds in the design, construction and operation of sports facilities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) ensuring the accessibility of sports facilities owned by the state.

2. Ensuring accessibility of sports facilities owned by the state is the minimum social standard in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Minimum Social Standards and their Guarantees".

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 No. 228-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of physical culture and sports, defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for ensuring the activities and development of mass physical culture, amateur and professional sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
