1. Appraisers and legal entities with whom appraisers have concluded an employment contract are recognized as subjects of appraisal activity.

2. The appraiser has the right to carry out appraisal activities independently, engaging in private practice, as well as on the basis of an employment contract between the appraiser and a legal entity.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of valuation activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also defines the legal basis for regulating valuation activities.
