Article 4. Territory of the City of Turkestan of the Law On the Special Status of the City of Turkestan

     The territory of the city of Turkestan consists of lands within the boundaries (boundaries) of the city of Turkestan, established and modified by a joint decision of the local representative and executive bodies of the region in coordination with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Law regulates the legal basis of the special status of the city of Turkestan and is aimed at its preservation, study and promotion as a unique heritage.
