Article 4. The accreditation system The Law on Accreditation in the field of Conformity Assessment

      The accreditation system includes:  

      1) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;  

      2) authorized body;  

      3) the accreditation body;  

      4) subjects of accreditation;  

     5) experts-auditors for accreditation, conformity assessment, technical experts.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2008 No. 61-IV.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, as well as related relations.
